Following the success of the research partnership between the Scottish Chinese Professionals and the University of Strathclyde Business School, a new research is now being carried out to explore the organisational trust amongst SMEs in the UK's healthcare industry.
The research aims to explore how trust between leaders and employees is established, given that previous studies have shown that the establishment of trust helps companies.
The research is carried out by Rui Ma, PhD researcher at Strathclyde Business School. Trust has been impacted by the pandemic and Chinese professionals as one of the larger ethnic minoirty groups could experience similar issue. we encourage all healthcare professional members to support with this meaningful research.
Whether you are an employee who could also invite your manager to participate or vice versa, we would like to hear from you. Please contact Rui at rui.ma@strath.ac.uk.
