Salary: starting salary £48,000 rising to £54,000 (pro-rata if part-time)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week (part-time at 28 hours per week will be considered)

This exciting, senior post is based in Glasgow and will play a leadership role for research, policy and strategy development for the Scotland and Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Director and working closely with the Associate Director, you will manage a small, new research and policy team. One of your responsibilities will be to drive forward the Foundation’s reputation as the leading research and policy charity in our field. You will also be the lead contact for university partners, develop and manage research proposals, and oversee our policy and public affairs programme.
